Why you will fail your business launch (and how to prevent it)

A common question asked by people willing to start their own business on the Internet is “When should I start? When is the best time?” You may think that the summer holidays period is not suited because people are at the beach and they do not care about you.  They don’t even know you exist.  On the other hand, during this period people have more free time and if you are lucky enough the weather is getting worse for them and you will soon get visitors on your beautiful new website.

Starting now is also good as you have probably more time so you can prepare your website and your posts.  Therefore you will be fully ready when people will come back from their holidays, with lots of good intentions.

On the other hand, starting from September your potential visitors will get back into their normal life, far away from their Summer distractions.  They will probably have less time for you or in the contrary they will be so annoyed of their daily routine that they will be happy to visit your awesome website, unique on the Internet Universe.

Then you have the end of year celebrations, a busy time for most of us.  If you still have not started your business at that time, you still have the New Year’s resolutions to save you.  Bad luck, you know you never keep your resolutions more than several weeks in the best-case.   Spring comes and you’re still busy doing something else, like your potential fans.  Then comes Summer and the story keeps going.

This cannot happen like that.  You’re better than this.

Of course there are 7 billion different human beings on Earth, meaning many different lifestyles, agenda, priorities.  If you are a bit crazy you can try to guess the typical day of your dreamed customer and imagine at what time during the year this person would find some time to visit your website.  Let me stop you right there.  This is largely unpredictable and it doesn’t matter in the end.

The ideal time to start your business is now. It’s that simple.

First Key Success Factor

What is important is to act.  You have to do something now for your business even if it is a small action.  You will then find strength to do the next action.  Of course nothing is perfect.  You will most probably do something that has no value and that you will change afterwards.  At least you do something that will help you do the next step.  It’s like when you are in front of a blank page and nothing comes.  Just write something.  Or contact someone who may help you with your business.  Or simply choose and book your domain name.  This little action means a lot as this will urge you to move forward.

Your brain will help you find solutions to the problems you will meet and your first followers on the social networks will give you a first idea of what might work or not.  With the Internet you are really lucky as you can test directly your ideas worldwide at almost no cost.

Second Key Success Factor

The second key to success is perseverance.  Just keep believing in what you do, don’t be too attentive to the remarks of your surroundings if they think you’re crazy.  They can express their own fears of failure and the fear of change.  Just focus on the reactions of your market.  Offer something that has value somehow but don’t wait until it’s perfect.  At the end you will have to adapt your products to your audience.  Stay focused, learn from your mistakes and improve your solution while always assessing the reactions of the people to your offer until it suits their needs.  Success comes from a series of small steps and failures.

If you are still here it shows your willingness to succeed.  That’s a good start.  So hurry up, share this post on Facebook or Twitter if this was helpful to you and leave Dreamed Fortune now.

That’s the perfect time for starting your business.
